Instructions: Enter YOUR name in the first box, and enter the verification code in the second box. The song is already pre-selected, so no need to enter the name of the song. Once you click SUBMIT, you should see a new window saying "Thank You For Your Request". If you don't see it or you get an error message, then you entered the verification code in incorrectly. Just continue on down the page doing the rest of the stations and refresh the page at the end to come back to it.

 

Be careful clicking "Expand All", it may slow down your computer a little. Try doing it one by one, if you can, to ensure each submission works.
